A truce was concurred among Armenia and Azerbaijan after bleeding conflicts. 

An assertion gave by the Armenian Ministry of Defense from the capital, Yerevan, said that a truce had been concurred under Russian intercession and that the circumstance on Armenia's eastern line was presently somewhat better. 
It is accepted that 15 Armenian officers were killed in conflicts among Azerbaijani and Armenian powers. 
There were wild military conflicts among Armenia and Azerbaijan a year prior and surprisingly then Russia had interceded between the two nations.
